Raine & Horne Lindfield | Pymble is growing and is currently hiring a Sales Agent ready to elevate their performance and accelerate their success within a growth-driven team. The office is backed by a leadership team with ample experience in the industry and a strong client base and network.

This is a unique opportunity for a self-driven, ambitious, and result oriented individual who thrives on results and wants to leverage the strength of an established and respected brand to take their career to the next level. You will be working with a high performing sales team with a recognisable network in the area. You will have access to industry leading training and technology which will support and accelerate your performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Manage end-to-end property sales campaigns with confidence and precision
• Build, strengthen and convert strong relationships across the local community
• Deliver a premium client experience from appraisal through to successful settlement
• Manage buyer enquiries, inspections and open homes, providing exceptional customer service
• throughout the sales process
• Negotiate sales with confidence to achieve outstanding outcomes for vendors and purchasers
• Stay ahead of market trends, pricing dynamics and local activity to maximise outcomes and credibility
• Represent the brand at the highest level with professionalism and integrity
• Convert warm, incoming leads generated through our marketing and brand presence
• Maintain solid relationships with vendors and buyers whilst growing a client database

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in residential sales ideally with strong familiarity with the local community
• Strong understanding of the local market and stay ahead of market trends
• Demonstrate a proven track record in listings and sales
• You are a strong relationship manager with ability to build rapport with existing and new clients
• Highly capable in prospecting and equipped with strong negotiation skills
• Client centric approach and self-driven individual
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Current Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)
• Current holder of driver license and reliable vehicle
