The Role

• Prospecting and building relationships with property owners

• Appraising and listing residential properties

• Managing buyer enquiries and inspections

• Negotiating property sales

• Building your personal brand in the Coffs Harbour market

• Working closely with the team to grow market share

Skills & Experience

• Strong people and communication skills

• A high level of motivation and personal drive

• A growth mindset and willingness to learn

• Professional presentation

• Real estate experience (preferred but not essential)

• A current driver’s licence

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with ambition and character.
