Laing+Simmons North Kellyville

Laing+Simmons North Kellyville is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our collaborative team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for real estate and a basic understanding of the sales process or the willingness to learn. With strong support, extensive training, and external development programs, this is an opportunity to grow and succeed together.

The Role:

• Prospect across databases and new leads to generate opportunities

• Support open homes and private inspections, with timely buyer follow-up

• Assist with property appraisals and listing preparation

• Attend photography, inspections, valuations, and auction days

• Manage buyer enquiries and qualify prospective purchasers

About You:

• Current Certificate of Registration (minimum requirement)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, organised, and detail-focused

• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Basic knowledge of real estate processes

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
