Laing+Simmons Double Bay

Are you an experienced and motivated Sales Associate with a passion for real estate? We are seeking a highly skilled and Mandarin speaking

individual to join our dynamic team at Laing+Simmons Double Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Door knocking and telephone prospecting to generate new business and leads.

• Attend all open for inspections, engaging with potential buyers and providing exceptional customer service.

• Represent Team Zoellner in a professional, well-presented manner.

• Assist with the ongoing sales process and contribute to achieving targets and business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the real estate industry.

• Fluent in Mandarin (essential for client engagement).

- Must hold a Certificate of Registration or License

.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A polished, professional appearance and the ability to represent the brand effectively.
