About the Role

Stone Real Estate Crows Nest is seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to support our dynamic, high-performing Partner, Victoria Liu, within our Lower North Shore office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under a fast pace environment, enjoys being one step ahead, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support and client service. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a busy sales business, ensuring listings, marketing campaigns, and client communications are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing property listings and coordinating campaigns ready to go live
• Managing marketing schedules and advertising deadlines
• Client liaison and communication throughout the sales process
• Providing high-level administrative support to the Principal
• Assisting with database management and general office coordination
• Ensuring all compliance and documentation is completed accurately and on time

About You

• Previous real estate experience is essential
• Proven experience supporting a high-performing sales agent or Principal
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Professional presentation and outstanding communication skills
