About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused and commercially minded Property Manager to join our Asset Management team. Working closely with the Asset Manager, you will take ownership of a designated property portfolio, building strong tenant relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention, and supporting the financial and operational performance of the assets. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across property operations, financial management, tenant engagement, and capital projects within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of industrial and commercial assets, delivering exceptional tenant service and fostering strong customer relationships to support occupancy and retention.
• Drive the financial performance of assets through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, income optimisation, and management of outgoings, recoveries, and arrears.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including lease administration, rental reviews, reporting, compliance, and maintenance of accurate property data in Yardi.
• Partner with Facilities Managers and service providers to ensure assets are well maintained, operationally efficient, and presented to a high standard.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on leasing activities, tenant matters, capital projects, lease negotiations, and asset improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in property, real estate, business, commerce, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Approximately 2–5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management, asset management, facilities management, or a related property field.
• Technical skills: Strong understanding of property operations, lease administration, budgeting, outgoings recoveries, and financial reporting, with experience using property management systems such as Yardi viewed favourably.
• Stakeholder management: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Personal qualities: Highly organised with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
