About ESR Group
ESR Group is an Asia-Pacific-focused real estate investment and asset management company that develops, owns, and manages logistics properties (such as warehouses and distribution centres) and data centres, and also invests in and manages real estate funds, vehicles, and REITs. It operates across markets including Greater China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and India, and describes its focus as "New Economy" sectors including logistics, data centres, and infrastructure and renewables. The group was formed in January 2016 through the merger of e-Shang and the Redwood Group, and completed a US$7 billion privatisation and delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2025.
