Vehicle Sales Consultant

About the Role

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through their car buying journey from first enquiry to handover. You'll build relationships, understand customer needs, and match them with the right vehicle from an extensive Ford range.

Your day will include:

• Handling showroom and online enquiries
• Demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives
• Preparing quotations and negotiating sales
• Following up leads and maintaining a strong pipeline
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience every time

About You

You're motivated, people-focused and driven to succeed in a sales environment. You enjoy building relationships and thrive on achieving targets.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has sales experience, automotive preferred but not essential
• Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily
• Is self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Holds a current driver licence
• Is eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry
