- Capable of delivering a consistent and high level of customer service
Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with reservations systems are highly desirable but not mandatory.

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will deliver a comprehensive travel experience service that exceeds guest expectations and play a vital role in shaping the beginning of guests' unforgettable journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Get to know the team, learn about our amazing products, use our booking systems, and buddy up with one of our talented Travel Sales Consultants
- Offer exceptional customer service to assist guests with their holiday of a lifetime through various communication platforms including phone, email and webchat
- Provide guests with a suite of information relating to our products and offer personalised solutions and package options depending on guest needs
- Be an expert in your field and a product ambassador while working towards and achieving individual plus team KPIs
