About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our tight-knit, high-performing team at MINT Residential. Based in our vibrant Sydney CBD office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group. You'll manage a boutique portfolio of fewer than 200 properties — giving you the perfect balance of challenge and control, without the overwhelm.
This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued and your career can thrive, with very limited Saturday work required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
- Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
- Communicate effectively with tenants
- Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
- Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
- Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management

- Monday to Friday
- Office located in Sydney CBD

Requirements
- A current Property Management Registration
- Hold a Class 1 licence
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
- Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)
