This is an opportunity to play a key role in the performance of Charter Hall's Industrial & Logistics portfolio. Partnering with teams across the business, you'll provide accurate reporting, insightful analysis and financial expertise that support decision-making and help drive long-term value for our customers and investors.
How you'll make an impact
- Deliver monthly financial reporting, analysis and management packs for a portfolio of Industrial & Logistics assets, providing the insights that support informed decision-making and drive portfolio performance.
- Partner with Property Managers to review financial results and provide accounting advice, helping translate financial outcomes into actions that enhance asset performance and create long-term value.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and journals, ensuring financial integrity, strong governance and compliance across the portfolio.
- Manage key property accounting processes, including outgoings, acquisitions, developments and divestments, supporting seamless property transitions and delivering a positive experience for customers and investors.
- Contribute to budgeting, process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc analysis, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making and support the continued growth of Charter Hall's Industrial & Logistics business.
What you'll bring to the team

- Commitment to continuous improvement and evolution of the business.
- Degree qualification in accounting. CA/CPA or working towards.
- Real Estate experience advantageous.
- Exposure to reporting and analytic skills with accounting ERP.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office suite of product.
