About Flare

Flare is a leading provider of advanced benefits and onboarding solutions designed for the modern workplace. Backed by MYOB and serving over one million employees nationally, we're a fast-growing, diverse team of 100+ employees on a mission to make the world of work better, easier, and more beneficial for everyone.

As part of the Flare team, you'll be on the front line helping people across Australia squeeze more value from every dollar they earn.

The Role

We're now looking for a Novated Leasing Consultant to convert warm leads into signed deals, helping more employees unlock the financial power of novated leasing. If you love the thrill of the close and the satisfaction of making a real difference to people's wallets, this is your next move.

Responsibilities

  • Educate prospective customers on how novated leasing can benefit them and turn warm leads into new customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end novated lease sales process – from preparing tailored quotes through to finance approval and vehicle ordering – to turn qualified opportunities into signed leases.
  • Own and actively work your sales pipeline in the CRM, keeping data accurate and up to date while hitting agreed activity and conversion KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every step of the journey, driving advocacy, repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay on top of product, compliance and industry changes by completing required training and accreditations (including financier and insurance requirements).
  • Bring a positive, team-first attitude – contributing ideas, participating in team meetings and helping to continuously improve sales processes, playbooks and product enhancements.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in novated leasing, salary packaging or consumer finance sales (vehicle leasing or financial services environment ideal, but not essential).
  • A strong background of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with confident sales and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and engage all types of prospective customers, explaining financial concepts in a clear, simple way.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a busy sales pipeline and high lead volumes within a CRM, maintaining strong data quality and discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills, with a drive for quality in everything you do.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, collaborating across functions to get the best outcome for customers.

Culture & Benefits

  • Flexible, hybrid workplace that brings balance to how you work, with centrally located offices that come together for in-person celebrations and social events
  • Home office setup financial help and great corporate discounts and vouchers from top retailers
  • Partnership with Sonder, which supports the wellbeing of our team members
  • In-house training and programs, LinkedIn Learning, conferences and study assistance
  • Variety of leave options available to support your wellbeing, including up to an additional four weeks of purchased leave, generous parental leave, domestic violence leave, transgender leave, community leave, study leave, and more
  • Communities built around 'Wellness', 'Belonging' and the 'Planet' where you can make a meaningful contribution

Our Commitment

At MYOB, we're all about embracing difference and backing people to be their true selves. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and big believers that the best hires don't just fit our culture — they add to it. That means bringing your unique contributions, lived experiences, and fresh perspective to the table.

Love the sound of MYOB and this role but don't tick every single box in this ad? Apply anyway! Studies show that women and underrepresented groups often hold back if they don't meet every requirement — but we want to hear from you.

We're proud to be a Circle Back Initiative Employer and we commit to responding to every applicant.
