About the role

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Certified Practising Valuer to join our expanding team and play a key role in delivering mortgage valuations across a diverse range of asset classes. Working closely with an experienced Director, this is an excellent opportunity for a valuer to senior valuer looking to broaden their expertise, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake valuations across a diverse range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial and specialised property.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports for mortgage, advisory and consultancy purposes.
  • Work closely with the Director on valuation assignments and client engagement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financiers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis and due diligence to support valuation outcomes.
  • Utilise industry-leading valuation platforms and technology to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team through exceptional client service and technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness in strategy formulation and execution.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for informed business decisions.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Forbury.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
