Inbound Sales Consultant

Location: Traralgon office

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you'll support our sales team in delivering exceptional service to new and existing Aussie Broadband customers. You'll play a key role in understanding customer needs, providing clear product information, meeting sales targets, and ensuring accurate customer records.

What you'll do

  • Meet the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures
  • Maximise revenue and achieve commission through selling procedures
  • Identify customer needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures
  • Provide a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision
  • Meet the required sales targets based upon opportunity
  • Accurately enter customer details into CMS systems
  • Escalate customer complaints in accordance with Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
