Preston Toyota is hiring a driven, hungry, and customer-focused Fleet Sales Consultant to join our high-performing dealership.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on building powerful business relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering tailored vehicle solutions that win deals. With a huge volume of stock landing across the entire Toyota range over the next six months, demand is strong and opportunities are everywhere.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business & fleet customers
- Proactively identify and develop new fleet and commercial sales opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Prepare professional quotations, tenders, and fleet proposals
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and vehicle demonstrations
- Manage leads, pipeline activity, and follow-up to maximise conversion
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales is essential
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to generating new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- A current and valid driver's licence
