  • Monitor Corrigo usage to track service delivery, evaluate tasks, manage invoicing and documentation submission, and support the delivery of FM-specific tasks associated with the Change Direct Notices (CDNs) process
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support Team and Facilities Managers, including preparation of reports on Corrigo adoption and supporting portfolio management activities
  • Collaborate with WoAG Vendor & Contracts Managers to address escalations related to contractor performance, and support service provider engagement to ensure fixed maintainable assets are captured and tagged in alignment with the Preventative Maintenance and Asset Management Plan (PAMP)
  • Validate compliance tasks and collect documentation according to Property Asset Management Plan requirements, building and maintaining effective relationships with Facilities Managers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

  • Strong administration and communication skills with a customer service focus, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently within tight operational deadlines
  • Efficient keyboard and data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet research
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while quickly grasping new concepts and systems, demonstrating strong organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships across diverse stakeholder groups with commitment to workplace health and safety compliance
  • Preferred: Knowledge or exposure to building services maintenance, facilities management, and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), with ability to obtain AGSVA Clearance
