About the Role

We are looking for 2 Development Managers to join our Melbourne Development team, working on both current and planned projects in the apartments space.

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in executing on the business plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of development projects in line with the agreed business plan
  • Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle from brief preparation through to delivery
  • Ensure developments achieve strong commercial outcomes while balancing quality and delivery objectives
  • Effectively manage and balance a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across development, design, delivery, and sales
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the development lifecycle
  • Maintain a high level of stakeholder engagement and communication to support approvals, delivery, and project success

About You

You will have a proven ability to lead complex projects with excellent planning and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in development – ideally with experience in large scale apartment projects or mixed-use precincts
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, or related field
