  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and guide them through the next steps
  • Lead Qualification: Understand client needs and assess fit for our mental health and wellness programs
  • Sales Contribution: Manage a portfolio of opportunities and close deals to meet a modest individual target
  • Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings for Leaders and ensure smooth handover
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and account teams to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Communication: Articulate our value clearly and consultatively
  • Upsell: Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand current accounts

What You'll Have

  • Passion for mental health and wellness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised
  • Previous sales experience – 1–2 years in a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (preferred)

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive training on sales techniques and mental health solutions
  • A clear career path
  • Competitive base salary plus commission
  • A supportive, mission-driven team environment
