Your New Opportunity
Located in Dubbo/Orange/Bathurst, this role is responsible for delivering high quality valuation reports in a timely manner across a diversified residential asset market.
Strong communication skills are essential to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes for clients, while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets. This position has a strong operational focus and requires the ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart
We are seeking a driven professional who combines strong residential valuation expertise with excellent communication and business development skills. You bring a well established client network and a strong commitment to professional development, along with:
- A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status with significant experience in residential valuations
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication abilities
