About the Role

Drive business development and account management across Corporate, MICE, Wholesale, Inbound and Leisure segments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Promote Accor brands, products and services to maximise revenue and market share
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, networking events and trade shows
  • Negotiate contracts, rates and terms in line with hotel revenue and profitability objectives
  • Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, PCOs and industry partners
  • Work collaboratively with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams to achieve hotel objectives
  • Maintain accurate client records, account plans, forecasts and sales reports within approved systems
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
  • Represent the hotel and Accor professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards

Requirements

  • Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales, business development or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/PMS systems
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights and legal entitlement to work in Australia
