About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, covering a period of parental leave. • Preparing quarterly statements of taxable income and annual tax returns
  • Preparing and monitoring the Mandate reporting timetable to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Raising purchase orders for head trust expenses and processing service receipts
  • Responding to queries from external auditors in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting special projects and providing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by the business or investors

What we're looking for

You are a driven and detail-oriented accounting professional who is eager to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will have:

  • A Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree
  • CA/CPA qualification underway or nearing completion
  • 2-3 years' experience in professional services and/or an accounting related role
  • A solid understanding of accounting standards
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Good time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Exposure to SAP and/or HFM would be a bonus, but isn't essential
  • A background in property and/or funds management would be well regarded, but again, not essential
