Acton | Belle Property Applecross is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our high-performing team. This is an opportunity for a driven professional who is ready to work hard, build strong client relationships, and consistently convert opportunities into sales. If you are passionate about property, results-focused, and want to be part of a respected brand with strong local presence, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
- Manage and grow your own sales pipeline
- Prospect, list, and sell residential property
- Deliver exceptional service to vendors and buyers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence
- Represent the Acton | Belle Property brand with professionalism and integrity
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
- Current WA real estate registration
- Strong drive, work ethic, and hunger for success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Professional presentation and strong local market knowledge (preferred)
We offer generous commission structures and professional ongoing development through both Belle Property Head Office (via The Academy) and internally with fortnightly sales team training.
