We are seeking a personable, empathetic, and customer experience-driven Sales Consultant for an exciting 12-month contract. Based on a hybrid working arrangement from Brisbane QLD (open to VIC and NSW for the right applicant) with the requirement to travel, you will be the trusted point of contact for residents and families, helping them navigate and access lifestyle and optional service offerings across our aged care and retirement living communities. You will also assist in guiding existing residents and their families through the transition from legacy Additional Services to our High Everyday Living Fees (HELF) framework. You will ensure this change is communicated with absolute clarity, empathy, and care, minimising complexity for our residents. About The Role: As a key member of the national Sales Team, your focus will be on enhancing the resident experience and driving the uplift of High Everyday Living Fees (HELF) and optional services. Key responsibilities include: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for the HELF transition project, guiding residents and families through the shift from Additional Services with clarity and confidence. Promote and explain the benefits of the HELF scheme and optional services across multiple locations, highlighting lifestyle options and service enhancements. Manage the engagement lifecycle - from initial informational discussions and sign-up to adjusting services as resident needs evolve. Partner closely with Facility Care, Hospitality, and Finance Administration teams to ensure seamless service alignment and contract compliance. Maintain accurate records within the CRM and care management systems, providing performance updates and sharing community feedback to optimise service delivery.
