The Harcourts Solutions Group is searching for our new Sales Administrator. With a keenness to grow and develop and a positive and proactive approach, you will be the first point contact at one of our locations across North Brisbane.

Our team are award-winning, industry leading, fast paced, passionate and professional.

Your role will be critically important to ensure that the Sales Administration process runs smoothly from beginning to end. The ability to problem solve quickly and diligently work through checklists is a must.

Key Tasks:

· Support the leadership and sales team with administrative duties as required

· Ensure the office is well presented at all times, keeping in mind that everything speaks

· Processing and marketing property listings

· Preparation of property forms & sales contracts

· Managing all day to day Sales Support duties in a timely manner

· Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely professional manner

· Database management

· Support agents from pre-listing duties through to the sale, including marketing collateral

About You:

• Bring positive energy and a genuine desire to help

• Well Presented, Confident and a clear and friendly phone manner

• Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise when things get busy

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

• 12+ months’ experience in admin, sales support or a similar role

• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment where high standards matter
