About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Certified Practising Valuer to join our team to support a number of major government contracts and projects. The role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for various property classes including residential, commercial and specialised property for Local, State and Federal Government clients.
Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
What Sets You Apart
We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills.
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status (RPV Status considered) combined with significant experience in the government valuation space, and ideally some commercial valuation experience (not essential)
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
- Strong client communication skills and commitment to professional development
