Job Description

• Contract role in April 2027 – offering an immediate start

• Look after 1 commercial asset in the CBD with occasional travel to North

Sydney

• Real Estate Licence is required for this role.

Who we’re looking for?

• Previous experience in property

management, facilities management or a related property discipline

• Relevant property qualifications

or studies will be highly regarded

• A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate

Licence or Certificate of Registration is required

• Competent in Microsoft Office and

developing knowledge of building operations.

• Strong organisational skills with

the ability to manage competing priorities

The role:

Based on-site, you'll work closely with senior property professionals to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the portfolio, build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors, and deliver outstanding service across all aspects of property management.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for both clients and tenants.

Key responsibilities:

• Support senior Asset Management

Services team members across key client appointments

• Assist in the day-to-day

management of two commercial office assets

• Build and maintain strong

relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers

• Coordinate maintenance, tenant

requests, lease administration and operational matters

• Prepare reports, budgets and other

property management documentation

• Support initiatives that enhance

asset performance and tenant satisfaction

• Provide leadership and mentoring

to junior team members where required

• Ensure properties are managed in

accordance with client expectations, company policies and budget requirements
