Do you have a passion for property management and influencing company culture? We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the high performing Sodexo Management Property team.
Take your Property Management skills to the next level, managing a unique remotely located portfolio. This is an important role in the delivery of one of Australia's largest property management contracts. The portfolio of properties is for a single client, an Australian Mining giant!
As part of the regionally based Property Management team, you will be guided in contract delivery, organisational processes, and compliance by your Housing Manager. Our regionally based teams are constantly supported by a Perth based team including General Manager, Trust Account Manager and Property Compliance Manager.
Work arrangement
This role is available on either:
- FIFO roster of Monday to Friday 5:2, OR
- Residentially based in Paraburdoo
Responsibilities
All typical property management duties and responsibilities, including:
- Manage housing applications, assessments, and reviews
- Leasing, ingoing, and vacating tenancy procedures
- Routine inspections and PCR's
- Property maintenance management
- Bonds and tenant damage cost recovery
Note: No trust accounting, no end of month, and no weekend home opens.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience working in Residential Property Management
- DEMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager or Real Estate and Business Sales Representative registration
- DEMIRS Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Valid WA Drivers license
- Experience managing your own work schedule, managing competing priorities and working under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring documents are completed accurately and processes are followed
- Accurate maintenance of client, lease property and tenant records
- Advanced computing skills, with the ability to learn new property systems
