The Opportunity

Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our tight-knit, high-performing team at MINT Residential on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave coverage. Potential to become permanent.

Based in our vibrant Melbourne office, you'll be part of a small, supportive team that's backed by the strength and scale of a global hotel group. This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where your skills are valued, and your career can thrive, with very limited Saturday work required!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels)
• Manage incoming rental enquiries, always providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required
• Communicate effectively with tenants
• Draft and support in the administration of leasing and property handovers
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople
• Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday position
• Office located in Melbourne CBD
• Subject to change

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Hold a Class 2 licence
• Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, owners and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
• Availability to work Saturdays when required (on an ad hoc basis)
