About the Role As a Property Manager, you’ll:
·Manage a well-maintained portfolio with the support of Ailo’s integrated tools
·Portfolio capped at 100, end to end services.
·Deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike
·Conduct inspections, manage leases, and oversee maintenance with efficiency
·Communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders
·Work closely with a dedicated and experienced team who share your drive for excellence
About You
·Proven experience as a Property Manager
·Strong organisational and time-management skills
·Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
·A positive, professional approach and a genuine passion for property management
·Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate and driver’s licence
