Leasing Assistant - Graduate Position

About the Role

We are currently seeking entry-level candidates looking to break into the Real Estate industry. This is an exciting role for someone who loves working with people, has a high attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced working environment. You'll be working in a team of like-minded people who have also just completed their agents rep!

What You'll Do

• Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
• Assess and process applications
• Provide leasing support to the property managers

What We're Looking For

• Loves working with people and providing exceptional service
• Is confident, well-spoken, and enthusiastic
• Works well under pressure and can manage competing priorities
• Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
• Can work weekends and has flexibility for weekday rosters (you will receive a day in lieu)

Essential Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bilingual — English and Mandarin speaking essential
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer-facing experience — ideally admin/reception, but some retail, hospitality, front-of-house etc may be considered
• A current Driver's License ideally
• Must have an Agents Representative Certificate or a Certificate IV in Real Estate (completed or undergoing)
