About the role
As a Leasing Agent at Hive - Kelvin Grove, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing tenants for our rental properties.
Responsibilities
- Conducting property viewings and presenting units to prospective tenants
- Assisting applicants through the leasing process
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Maintenance Team
- Supporting property management and ensuring compliance standards are met
- Collaborating closely with the Leasing Coordinator, Maintenance Team, and Property Operations
Work arrangements
Multiple Casual Leasing Agent positions available, with shifts offered on weekdays and Saturdays during peak periods (January - February, June-July, and October-December).
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- QLD Real Estate Qualification: Hold or can acquire a valid and current Registration
- Certificate: Lodged with the Office of Fair-Trading QLD
