  • Administer Facilities Management systems, including works, asset and contractor management platforms
  • Build strong relationships with residents, suppliers and internal stakeholders, while leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of Facilities Technicians

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property operations or a similar environment, ideally with 3+ years' experience
  • Strong knowledge of hard services, preventative maintenance, building systems and compliance requirements
  • Confidence managing contractors, maintenance programs, budgets and competing priorities
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer focus when working with residents, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating a team, with the ability to build a positive, high-performing culture
  • Trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Building or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Why You'll Love Working at Scape

  • The ability to make a visible difference as your work directly contributes to safe, well-maintained spaces and a better day-to-day experience for residents
  • Health, wellbeing, and safety initiatives to support you at work and beyond
  • Competitive rewards, recognition, and referral programs
  • Leave and lifestyle benefits to help you recharge and celebrate milestones
