Are you a highly organised coordinator who thrives on juggling priorities, building strong relationships, and getting things done?

We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Facilities Coordinator to join our growing Property team in East Melbourne. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate maintenance, repairs, property services, and contractor activities across a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio, ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and fit for purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance across residential and

commercial properties.

  • Managing service requests relating to repairs, cleaning, gardening, facility

setups, and property make-goods.

  • Liaising with contractors, landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders to

ensure work is completed to a high standard.

  • Supporting the procurement and management of service providers across the

property portfolio.

  • Ensuring contractor compliance, including licences, insurances,

certifications, and other requirements.

  • Assisting with maintenance planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial

reconciliations.

  • Maintaining accurate records and property information through property

management systems.

  • Building strong working relationships with operational teams to ensure

facilities support service delivery outcomes.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Experience in facilities coordination, property management, real estate,

asset management, or a similar environment.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage

multiple priorities.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence.
  • A commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll also need (or ability to obtain):

  • National Police Check
