About the Team
Our Third Party Banking colleagues are the face of Bankwest, working closely with broker partners to support customers in achieving their financial goals. The Role
As a Broker Development Manager, you will work closely with the Broker Support Manager and State Manager to build, develop and maintain strong broker and aggregator relationships across Perth CBD and the broader WA market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain strong relationships across key broker segments, leveraging data insights and networks
- Engage regularly with external stakeholders to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
- Partner with brokers to review submission quality and conversion, enhancing customer outcomes while ensuring responsible lending and ethical practices
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate across policy, process and product
- Deliver education and training to brokers on Bankwest policy, processes and products
Requirements
- Proven track record of high performance
- Strong lending background and experience
- Demonstrated commitment to customer outcomes and service excellence
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Knowledge and experience within the broker industry
