We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Property Managers oversee a portfolio of properties, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting portfolio growth through new opportunities. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting these activities while developing your understanding of the local market. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and a positive attitude, you'll help maintain client relationships and respond to their needs. Backed by the Elders network, you'll be supported to learn, develop, and grow your career in property management.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Property Manager you will provide property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets by:
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
- Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
- Vacancy promotion and management
- Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
- Attending open and routine inspections when required
- Reviewing and adhering to office systems, policies and procedures
- Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have:
- Willingness to obtain a Property Manager licence, with costs covered by Elders
- Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to work collaboratively within the team to achieve shared goals
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
