As we continue to grow across Australia, we're looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the effective management, maintenance and continuous improvement of our national property portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager - Property, you'll play a key role in keeping our stores, warehouses and support offices safe, compliant and operating effectively. Working across a national portfolio, you'll lead maintenance programs, coordinate minor works and partner with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that support our growing business.
A typical day might include:
- Lead maintenance and contractor activities across a national portfolio
- Managing preventative maintenance programs and compliance requirements
- Reviewing quotations, procurement activities and contractor performance
- Delivering repair, refurbishment and asset improvement projects
- Partnering with our location manager, service providers, operational leaders
and landlords to resolve property-related issues
- Monitoring budgets, expenditure and project timelines
- Driving continuous improvement across facilities systems, processes and
reporting
About You
To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will bring a mix of the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in facilities management in a national or multi-site role
within a retail, hospitality, healthcare or similar environment
- Demonstrated experience leading maintenance programs, contractors and service
providers
- Experience delivering minor works, refurbishment or facilities projects
- Commercial, procurement and contract administration experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
across a geographically dispersed portfolio
