About the Role

You'll join a high-performing, collaborative, and social team that is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes while continuing to grow and develop within Perth's dynamic residential property market. As an experienced Valuer, you will undertake a diverse range of residential valuations while building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complete residential property

valuations

• Conduct on-site property

inspections

• Prepare accurate valuation reports

• Liaise with agents, clients, and

stakeholders

• Collaborate with Assistant Valuers

and support teams

• Analyse market trends and property

data

• Manage your own portfolio and

workload

• Contribute to a high-performing

team culture

• Build a non-mortgage client base
