Reporting to the General Manager of Infrastructure, the Property Manager leads the delivery of property, maintenance and asset management services across Homestyle's residential aged care homes. Managing a team of ten Maintenance Officers, you will oversee preventative maintenance programs, Essential Services compliance, contractor and supplier performance, capital works and maintenance budgets, ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant and welcoming environments for residents, families and staff.
This is a full-time position based at our Support Office in Bentleigh with regular travel to our residential aged care homes across Melbourne and Geelong.
Responsibilities
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs
- Manage Essential Services compliance
- Monitor contractor and supplier performance
- Manage capital works and maintenance budgets
- Lead a team of ten Maintenance Officers
Essential Requirements
- Current and valid police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Victorian driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
- Vaccination certificate
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Building trade qualification and/or demonstrated building industry experience
- Knowledge of building regulations, compliance requirements and standards applicable to aged care environments
