Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will be required to think on your feet and be a resourceful problem solver. You will take pride in your work and processes from signing up new business, performing open homes and routine inspections, leasing properties to managing repairs and maintenance – it’s all in a day’s work and a breeze to you. You will have the guidance, support and mentorship from the Head of your property management department, and weekly training to develop your skills and build your knowledge. Our team prides itself on providing world class service and delivering outstanding results to all landlords and tenants.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Build relationships and trust with landlords and tenants
- Deliver world class services in all aspects of property management
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, suppliers both verbally and in writing
- Efficient management of repairs and maintenance in terms of time and cost
- Complete thorough and detailed property inspections
- Manage arrears in accordance with policy
- Tenancy screening, induction and management
- Provide advice and guidance in relation to the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
- Build our clients asset value and protect their interests by timely management of rent reviews and lease renewals
- Attention to detail in communicating and documenting work undertaken
