We are looking for ambitious, entry-level property customer service professionals to join our Adelaide team.

The Role: Launch Your Career & Be the Backbone of Our Team

As a Workflow Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Residential Valuers while getting rare, hands-on exposure to how the property industry works from the inside out.

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Coordination & Scheduling: Managing property inspection calendars and maintaining seamless communication with clients and internal teams.

- Workflow Management: Keeping track of valuation pipelines and ensuring strict turnaround timeframes are met.

- Industry Documentation: Preparing valuation records, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring database accuracy.

As the central point of contact managing the valuation process from start to finish, you’ll learn the operational mechanics of Australia's leading property firm.
