About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual who is currently enrolled in or has recently completed a Degree in Business (Property) looking to begin their career in the property valuation sector.
Based in Hamilton or Tauranga, as a Graduate Valuer you will work alongside experienced valuers, gaining practical experience across a diverse range of valuation assignments throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.
You will be involved in:
- Property inspections
- Market research
- Rating valuation work
- Valuation report preparation
- Exposure to a broad range of residential and commercial property types
The role offers career development opportunities for candidates with the right attitude and skills and will prepare you to become a Registered Valuer.
About You
We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and articulate candidate who is seeking fulltime employment to establish a career within our business.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Recently completed or currently working towards a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
- Genuine interest in property valuations
- High degree of computer proficiency
- Confident verbal communication
- A positive and professional manner
- Current Driver's license
Candidates with all, or some of the skills plus a willingness for further professional development, will be considered for the position.
