The Opportunity
Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centers, logistics facilities and land lease communities. We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective management of Baldivis Stockland Shopping Centre.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites
- Liaise with contractors to schedule, supervise and quality‑check works
- Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules and compliance documentation
- Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Support health, safety and emergency response activities on site
What You'll Bring
- Experience in facilities, works coordination and scheduling of contractors/internal trades
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Sound knowledge of WH&S and compliance requirements
- Confident communication skills with contractors and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer‑based scheduling systems
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients
