About the Role

Babcock is growing, and we're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team at our Woodville North site. Reporting to our National Facilities Manager, this role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our people have a safe, functional and well‑maintained workplace.

As the Facilities Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day management of our leased site, making sure it meets operational needs, aligns with health and safety requirements and reflects the professional standards of our organisation. You'll coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractor activity and compliance, while also supporting space planning, office layout optimisation and the overall presentation of the site.

This role is hands‑on and varied, you'll be the go‑to person for facilities issues, managing everything from scheduled maintenance to urgent requests, service contracts, documentation and regulatory obligations. You'll also support other sites when needed, helping ensure consistency across our operations.

What You'll Bring

  • Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • Demonstrated experience in facilities coordination, office management or site-based operational support
  • Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance activities and workplace services
  • Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment, ideally within a corporate or regulated setting
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related discipline desirable, or equivalent demonstrated experience
