About The Role
Based in Hobart, Tasmania, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality valuation reports across a diverse range of commercial asset classes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with client and lender expectations. This position has a strong operational focus and requires the ability to build, develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

What Sets You Apart
We are seeking a driven professional who combines strong residential valuation expertise with excellent communication and business development skills. You bring a well established client network and a strong commitment to professional development, along with:
- A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status with significant experience in residential valuations
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication abilities
