  • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of landlord opportunities
  • Deliver compelling presentations that clearly differentiate our offering
  • Develop and execute local area growth strategies
  • Stay close to the market—understanding competitors, trends, and client needs

Requirements

  • Proven success in real estate or property management business development
  • Minimum 4 years' experience demonstrating BD experience in PM
  • Ability to provide a motor vehicle for work use
  • Ability to successfully develop and secure new business including canvassing, prospecting and marketing for new business
  • Highly capable in building strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of real estate law
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Confident communicator who can build long term credibility
  • Self-driven and thrives in a target-driven, growth environment
  • Deep understanding of the local property market

Benefits

We’ve designed a reward structure that reflects performance and ambition:

  • Competitive base salary aligned to top-tier market benchmarks
  • Uncapped commission tied to net management growth
  • Tiered accelerators for exceeding targets
  • Deferred incentives linked to retention and portfolio quality
  • Additional earnings tied to ancillary revenue performance
