An exciting role awaits to create a dynamic career in the Real Estate Industry by providing administrative and sales support to a successful agent, to help them take their already successful businesses to the next level and beyond. You will be this agent’s right hand and their left, learning to anticipate their needs with minimal direction.
You will be a self-starter ready to handle the demands of various administration and sales support tasks with great initiative and a sound intuition that enables you to customise the perfect combination of activities and behaviours to blend to exceed customer expectations in every situation. You will be someone who always positively interacts with a cast of fellow colleagues and customers, be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), all while remaining on top of things and conveying a smile with your voice.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Diary & appointment management
- Screening calls & emails
- Arranging presentations & proposals
- Database management & client care
- Arranging marketing & attending photo shoots
- Reporting & meeting preparation
- Preparing prospecting material & deliver targeted drops
- Preparing for & attending home opens/overflow of buyer appointments
- Managing settlements and property hand over
- Liaising with conveyancers, building & pest inspectors & valuers
- Managing various administration tasks such as new listing and sold files paperwork
